Child Safety Standards

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. ConAFK prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual exploitation or trafficking of minors, sexual solicitation involving minors, and any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or facilitates the abuse of a minor.
1. Prohibited Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Users may not create, upload, request, share, distribute, advertise, link to, store, promote, or facilitate content or conduct involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor. This includes real, altered, computer-generated, or otherwise manipulated material that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation where prohibited by law or platform policy.
2. Grooming, Solicitation, and Exploitation
ConAFK prohibits attempts to groom, coerce, manipulate, threaten, extort, recruit, or sexually solicit a minor. Users may not use ConAFK to arrange sexual contact with a minor, obtain sexual images or videos from a minor, or facilitate trafficking or other sexual exploitation.
3. Nudity, Harmful Content, and User Conduct
Users may not post or transmit sexual content involving minors, pornographic or exploitative nudity, credible threats of violence, content that encourages abuse or exploitation, or other material that creates an unsafe environment for users. ConAFK may restrict or remove content and accounts that violate these standards or the ConAFK Terms of Service.
4. Reporting Safety Concerns
Users may report safety concerns, suspected exploitation, abusive behavior, or prohibited content through ConAFK's available in-app feedback/reporting features or by contacting support@conafk.com. Reports should include enough information for ConAFK to identify and review the relevant account, content, or conduct when possible.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority.
5. Enforcement
ConAFK may investigate reports and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, or take other appropriate action when ConAFK reasonably believes these standards have been violated.
6. Reporting to Authorities
When ConAFK becomes aware of apparent CSAM or other child sexual exploitation that requires reporting under applicable law, ConAFK will make required reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other appropriate authorities and will cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
7. Messaging and Community Features
These safety standards apply to all current and future ConAFK community features, including profiles, parties, invitations, user-submitted content, and messaging features when available. ConAFK may use reporting, blocking, filtering, moderation, and other safety measures as features evolve.

9. Changes to These Standards
